Solution

Turn 1

1. Move Hortensia two spaces left and attack the Sword Flier. Then move Hortensia one space up.
2. Move Alear two spaces right and attack the Axe Flier.

1. Use Alear's  Duo skill.
2. With Hortensia, use  Ice Lock+ on Alear.
3. Move Alear one space right and attack the Axe Fighter. Then move Alear one space left.
4. Warp Hortensia three spaces up and one space right and attack the Lance Knight. Then move Hortensia one space down.
