Description	Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit and neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks during combat, and also, if unit's Spd > foe's Spd during combat, neutralizes penalties that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat.

The stat increase that can be applied by Whirling Grace is considered a combat boost.
Effects that are disabled by Whirling Grace:
- Effects on a foe that guarantee that foe's follow-up attacks, from skills like Quick Riposte 3, Black Eagle Rule, status effects like Guaranteed Follow-Up, and the Grand Conquests Cavalry area effect.
- Effects from skills on the user that prevent the user's follow-up attacks, from skills like Windsweep 3 and Watersweep 3
- Effects from skills on a foe that prevent the user's follow-up attacks, from skills like Steady Impact, Swordbreaker 3, Adult (Cavalry), and status effects like Prevent Follow-Up.
Whirling Grace will neutralize skills that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit such as Guard 3 and Guard Sword+.
- Since "Special cooldown charge -X" will be removed on unit, Whirling Grace will also stack with skills that grants the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit, such as Heavy Blade 4 and Steady Breath, unless the foe also is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" on unit.
