Update
What's in Store for the 9.11.0 Update

Thank you for playing the Fire Emblem Heroes game! Here's an update from the Fire Emblem Heroes development team.

The major additions in the Ver. 9.11.0 update are as follows:

・ Only inheritable skills will now be displayed in Skill Search!
・ Divine Vein display is now changeable!
・ New skills have been added for a Legendary Hero and Mythic Hero.
・ The lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals has been updated.
・ A new weapon skill and weapons to refine have been added.

Notes:
・ Your app's version can be seen in the bottom-left corner of the title screen.
・ If the app is not updated correctly, use the update function in your device's app store.
・ If the app is not connected to a Nintendo Account and you uninstall the app, your save data will be lost.

The following will introduce the new features and changes in the Ver. 9.11.0 update.

■ Only inheritable skills will now be displayed in Skill Search!

If a Skill Search is performed after selecting a Hero for the Inheritance Slot when inheriting a skill, only skills that Hero can equip will now be displayed! You can check the selected Hero's weapon and movement types on the Skill Search screen.


This feature can be used by selecting Skill Search on the bottom right of the Inherit Skill screen under Ally Growth in the Allies menu.


If a Hero is not selected for the Inheritance Slot, all skills held by Heroes in your barracks will be displayed.


■ Divine Vein display is now changeable!

By selecting Divine Vein Display in settings, you can change it to "Full," "Simple, Except Ice," or "Simple!"

■ New skills have been added for a Legendary Hero and Mythic Hero

Of the Heroes that appear in Legendary & Mythic Hero Remixes, Medeus: Earth-Dragon King and Shez: Sharpest Blades have gained new skills.

At start of player phase or enemy phase,
inflicts Atk/Def/Res-7,【Frozen】, and【Sabotage】
on closest foes and foes within 2 spaces of
those foes through their next actions.

Inflicts Atk/Def/Res-5 on foe, inflicts Special
cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack (only
highest value applied; does not stack), unit
makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, deals
damage = 20% of unit's Res (excluding
area-of-effect Specials), reduces damage
from foe's attacks by 20% of unit's Res
(excluding area-of-effect Specials), and
grants Special cooldown count-2 to unit
before foe's first attack during combat.

Reduces damage from attacks during combat
and from area-of-effect Specials (excluding
Røkkr area-of-effect Specials) by percentage
= number of staff or dragon allies within 3
spaces of unit × 20, and also, if unit's
Res > foe's Res, difference between
stats × 4 (max 40%; total max 60%).

【Frozen】
Increases Spd difference necessary for unit to
make a follow-up attack by X and decreases
Spd difference necessary for foe to make a
follow-up attack by X during combat (if foe's
Def > unit's Def, X = 10 + difference between
Def stats × 2; otherwise, X = 10).

【Sabotage】
Inflicts penalty on unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res
during combat = highest penalty on each
stat between unit and allies within 2 spaces
of unit. Calculates each stat penalty
independently.

This skill can only be equipped by its original unit.

・ C Skill

Firm Canto CurbFirm Canto Curb
If foe within 4 spaces of this unit triggers
Canto, inflicts【Canto Control】on that foe.

Prevents "after start-of-turn skills trigger,
action ends immediately" status effects
from being inflicted on unit and allies within
3 spaces of unit.

For unit and allies within 3 spaces of unit,
neutralizes "action ends immediately"
effects from foe's skills or the "after
start-of-turn skills trigger, action ends
immediately" status (does not neutralize
effects from Aether Raid structures or the
special slot).

【Canto Control】
Limits the number of spaces unit can move
with Canto through their next action. If unit's
Range = 1, unit can move 1 space when
Canto triggers. If unit's Range = 2, unit's
action ends when Canto triggers.

At start of player phase or enemy phase, if unit
is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants【Dodge】and
"neutralizes foe's bonuses during combat" to unit
and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn.

If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of
an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+9 to unit,
reduces damage from foe's attacks by 7
(excluding area-of-effect Specials), neutralizes
effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X"
on unit, and reduces the percentage of foe's
non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by
50% during combat (excluding area-of-effect
Specials).

If unit initiates combat against a non-dragon or
non-beast infantry foe and unit's Spd ≥ foe's
Spd+20, grants "effective against all weapon
types" to unit during combat. Otherwise, if unit
initiates combat and unit's Spd ≥ foe's Spd+5,
grants "effective against all weapon types" to
unit during combat.

【Dodge】
If unit's Spd > foe's Spd, reduces damage from
attacks during combat and from area-of-effect
Specials (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect
Specials) by percentage = difference between
stats × 4 (max 40%).

This skill can only be equipped by its original unit.

・ B Skill

Seal Spd Def 3Seal Spd/Def 3
Inflicts Spd/Def-3 on foe and additional penalty
to foe's Spd/Def = 6 - current penalty on each
of those stats during combat (min 0; calculates
each stat penalty independently; still inflicts
penalty on foe even if foe triggers an effect that
neutralizes penalties during combat). If penalty
is active on foe's Spd or Def, inflicts Special
cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during
combat (only highest value applied; does not
stack). After combat, inflicts Spd/Def-6 on
foe through its next action.
Cannot use: Icon Class Colorless Staff

Medeus: Earth-Dragon King and Shez: Sharpest Blades have received new weapon skills to refine at the same time, so be sure to check the section of this notification labeled "New weapon skills and weapons to refine have been added" in conjunction with this section.

■ The lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals has been updated

With the release of Ver. 9.11.0, players can obtain Divine Codes (Ephemera 11) from events and exchange them from an updated lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals using the Compile Combat Manual feature.

Divine Codes (Ephemera 11) can be exchanged for the following Combat Manuals:

■ A new weapon skill and weapons to refine have been added

Note: To access the Weapon Refinery, you must clear Book I, Chapter 13 in the main story and then clear the second Intermission map, The Rite of Blades.

■ New Memento Events have been added to Heroes Journey

○ New Memento Events have been added.


Aether Raids has been updated

○ Some structures have had their level cap increased.

・ Bolt Tower (O/D): up to level 14

Aether Resort has been updated.

・ Two new songs have been added to the Concert Hall: "A Grave Fate" from the Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance game and "Nyna, Forlorn Princess" from the Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon game.

Summoner Duels has been updated

○ You will be able to increase your Favor Level to level 6,100.

This will be in effect with the season starting

■ Additional Heroes via Heroic Grails

The following Heroes are available to summon using Heroic Grails:

Ogma: Former Gladiator
Haitaka: Persistent General

■ Other Changes

○ An issue causing the heads of some Heroes' sprites to appear small in the Heroes Journey Memento Event: Sea Sickness has been resolved.

○ An issue regarding the effect of Gromell: Bolt Axe General's Bolt Axe weapon skill has been resolved.

The issue causing the following effects to be applied to unit and allies who battled and are within range of the effect when a unit battles a foe within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on a Hero equipped with Bolt Axe has been resolved.

・ Neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks.
・ Neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X."
・ Grants Special cooldown charge +1 per attack (only highest value applied; does not stack).
