■ Summoner Duels R has been added!
Summoner Duels is making an appearance in Events in the form of Summoner Duels R!
Summoner Duels R is an event in which you can battle to earn Glory using the same basic rules as Summoner Duels. Stamina won't be consumed in this event, and you can continue to battle until you lose three times. You can earn Dragonflowers, Divine Codes (Part 2), and more as rewards!
Brackets, known as Tiers, are determined by the amount of Glory you earn, and they are displayed on your Profile Card. Make good use of Captain Skills and the Capture Area to fight your way up the ladder and reach a high Tier!
Summoner Duels R is an event that exists separately from the Summoner Duels in the Coliseum. When you want to play the event, please be sure to tap Events instead of Coliseum. Also, in order to participate in Summoner Duels R, you must first earn the Duelist's Badge from Favor Battles. The Duelist's Badge can be obtained by reaching Favor Level 80.
Notes:
・ This event can only be played if you have earned the Duelist's Badge. You do not need to equip it.
・ If you try to enter Summoner Duels R without having earned a Duelist's Badge, a confirmation dialogue will be displayed, and you will be redirected to Summoner Duels in the Coliseum.
○ Seasons
When a Summoner Duels R event is held, that will be treated as one season. Each time the event is held, it will be available for four days. The Captain Skills available for use are the same as those in the Coliseum's Summoner Duels, so you can see them in the notification entitled This Week's Coliseum.
○ Bonus Legendary and Mythic Heroes
A total of three Legendary and/or Mythic Heroes will be set as bonus allies each season. If you have a bonus ally in your team, you can reduce the amount of Glory lost when you lose a battle by 40. Plus, bonus allies negate the first loss you suffer each season, so you can battle until you've lost four times.
Note: This effect is only applied once, even if you have more than one bonus ally in your team.
The first Summoner Duels R event is scheduled to begin
We will cover the rules and bonus Legendary and Mythic Heroes in detail in a Coming Soon notification prior to the event.
Notes:
・ Favor Level does not increase in Summoner Duels R. Also, you cannot set Custom Rules.
・ When Summoner Duels R events are active, Arena Assault in the Coliseum will be inactive. (For example, because the first Summoner Duels R event is scheduled to begin , Arena Assault will be inactive during the season beginning ). Due to this, the RB / AB / AA and RB / AA quests that were available each week will be changed so they do not include Arena Assault. In lieu of this, we will add Arena Assault to the monthly quests.
■ The Hall of Forms has been updated
Two skills each will now be offered for the A, B, and C skill slots on Infernal difficulty maps in the Hall of Forms (floors 13 and up). Also, the skills that appear there will only be exclusive skills or skills that cost 240 SP or more.
Note: These updates will be applied to Hall of Forms events that begin in the future. Please keep in mind that they will not be applied to the Hall of Forms event that is currently active.
■ The Filter feature has been updated
We have added Skill Search to the Filter feature, making it easier to search for Heroes by skills on the Edit Teams or Inherit Skill screens.

■ Summoner Duels has been updated.
○ You will be able to reach Favor Level 1,500 in Favor Battles starting with the season beginning
○ We have improved the controls when Double Tap to Wait is off.
Double Tap to Wait is always on in Summoner Duels, even if you have it turned off in the game's settings. In order to help prevent players from unintentionally ending turns early, we have revised it so when Double Tap to Wait is turned off in Summoner Duels, and you have Heroes who can still make actions or are affected by Canto, you will need to tap three times to wait.
Regarding Canto, this will be applied in situations outside of Summoner Duels as well.
Note: The game's behavior when Double Tap to Wait is turned on remains unchanged by the update.
○ We have improved a portion of the game's behavior when a communication error occurs.
When a communication error would occur on your end after an opponent concedes, the game would prioritize the communication error, resulting in a loss for you. We have improved the system so that even if a communication error occurs on your end after your opponent concedes, the match will count as a victory for you.
■ Aether Raids has been updated
○ Some structures have had their level cap increased.
・ Escape Ladder (O): up to level 7
You can return all of a lost battle's Aether cost up to 7 times by placing a Level 7 Escape Ladder. Be sure to put this structure to good use!
○ Aether Resort has been updated.
・ Two new songs have been added to the Concert Hall: "Eyes of Rage" from the Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn game and "Bound by Fate (Sakura and Elise)" from the Fire Emblem Fates games.
■ Mjölnir's Strike has been updated
○ A mechanism has had its level cap increased.
・ Deluge Fountain: up to level 5
■ Additional Heroes via Heroic Grails
The following Heroes are available to summon using Heroic Grails:
・ Shamir: Lone-Moon Ninja
・ Bertram: Dread Cavalier
■ Other Changes
○ You can change your name from the Edit Profile Card screen.
A button that allows you to edit your name has been added to the Edit Profile Card screen, and the same dialogue that is displayed in the Misc. screen will be displayed. Just as with Change Nickname, changes will be reflected the moment you change your Nickname and tap Confirm. When you are changing only your Nickname, there is no need to tap Confirm at the bottom of the Edit Profile Card screen.
○ In conjunction with an update to the FAQ page, we have revised a portion of the Misc. menu.
We have revised the FAQ/Etc. button in the Misc. menu to say Support, FAQ, etc. If you tap the Customer Support button in that menu, the FAQ page will display. We have changed the locations of the menus that were in the Customer Support section as follows:
・ Inquiries
We have moved the Inquiries button to inside the updated FAQ page that is displayed post revision when tapping Customer Support.
・ Feedback
This button has been moved to the Support, FAQ, etc. menu.
That's all the news about the update!
