But in his court they met his hierophant... who bore an uncanny likeness to Robin. That night, Validar appeared in Robin's mind and delivered the shocking revelation that he was, in truth, Robin's long-lost father...

At sea, the fleets of Valm and Ylisse were matched ship-for-ship, but Valm had twice the number of troops at its disposal. Robin's genius, however, gave Ylisse the upper hand. Emptying half of their ships and loading them with oil, Ylisse sent their fleet into Valm's, incinerating their foes in a daring surprise attack. Once ashore in Valm, Chrom and company joined the resistance against the Empire...

Final Act

After a long struggle, the Valmese Empire was quelled and Chrom then turned to Plegia, who held the final gemstone. Upon arrival, it became clear the trials were not over—Valider used his power to force Robin to wrest the Fire Emblem from Chrom. Chrom's daughter Lucina, armed with knowledge of the future, realized that Robin was her father's killer, and so steeled herself to slay a beloved ally.
