- Sun's Percussors will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit from effects such as Guard Sword+, Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】.
- Since the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will be neutralized on unit, Sun's Percussors will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit from effects such as Heavy Blade 4, Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests Infantry area effect, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit.
- Refined Sun's Percussors will reduce the effect of non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects from Specials such as Vital Astra.
- Damage-reduction reducing effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- For example, if a unit has Halves non-Special damage reduction and a foe with Dodge is on a space with 【Divine Vein (Water)】, the maximum total damage-reduction is reduced to 10%, since the two effects reduce the damage to (1 − ((40% − 50%) − 50%)) = 90% of the original damage instead of 60% of the original damage.
- Each damage-reduction effect is reduced individually.
- For example, if a unit has Halves non-Special damage reduction and the foe has both Spurn 4 and Dodge, the maximum total damage-reduction is reduced to 40%, since the two effects reduce the damage to (1 − (50% − 50%)) × (1 − (40% − 50%)) = 60% of the original damage instead of 30% of the original damage.
- Refined Sun's Percussors will not reduce the effect of Special "reduces damage by X%" effects such as Gust or Laguz Friend 4.

- Damage-reduction reducing effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- The temporary buffs and reduce non-Special "reduce damage by X%" effects of Refined Sun's Percussors will not apply to the user's allies if the user is inflicted with Time's Grip, the user's allies are inflicted with Feud, or the user's allies are in combat against a foe with skills such as Impenetrable Void and C Feud 3.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- The damage boosting effect of Sun's Percussors ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage during combat except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.

- The damage-reduction effect is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- "Reduces damage by X%" effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- Non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects can be neutralized or reduced by effects such as Share Spoils or Halves non-Special damage reduction.

- Sun's Percussors's Special cooldown count increase that occurs during combat is a flat +1 and is not affected by effects related to Special cooldown charge such as Guard, Special Cooldown Charge +1, and Spd/Def Tempo 4.
- All flat cooldown count increases and/or reductions during combat will stack with each other if they trigger at the same time.
- For example, if a unit with Special trigger acceleration has Rally Spectrum and Hush Spectrum, the effects will stack and the unit's cooldown count will not increase or decrease.
