Description | Grants Atk+3. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit during combat, and if unit's attack triggers Special, the following effects will occur based on the number of allies within 4 spaces of unit: If ≥ 1, before unit's first attack, grants Special cooldown count-X (X = 50% of unit's max Special cooldown count value, rounded down) to unit. If ≥ 2, reduces damage from foe's first attack by X% (X = unit's max Special cooldown count value × 10). If ≥ 3, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks. |
Notes[]
- The stat increase that can be applied by Sturdy War Sword is considered a combat boost.
- The "if unit's attack triggers Special" condition does not apply to the in-combat cooldown count reduction granted by Sturdy War Sword.
- Sturdy War Sword's cooldown count reduction that occurs during combat is a flat reduction and is not affected by effects related to Special cooldown charge such as
Guard,
Accelerate Special, and
Spd/Def Tempo 3.
- The damage-reduction is calculated after offensive Specials and skills that deal extra damage, such as
Wo Dao+.
- Percentage-based damage-reduction effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as gem weapons and
Triangle Adept.
- For example, if both
Spurn 3 and
Vital Astra activate, the maximum total damage-reduction is 58% instead of 70%, since the two skills reduce the damage to (1 − 40%) × (1 − 30%) = 42% of the original damage.
- For example, if both
