Springy Bow+ can neutralize Penalties.
- Penalties are neutralized by granting temporary buffs of the same amount during combat.
- Temporary buffs from Springy Bow+ do not stack with temporary buffs from effects such as Grand Strategy and Atk/Spd Unity, only temporary buffs from Springy Bow+ will apply.
