• Heroes with different illustrations and epithets are treated as different Heroes even if they are the same character. As such, you cannot use them with Merge Allies.
• To view summoning details, you can tap on List of Heroes at the bottom of the related notification message or tap on Appearance Rates in the Summon menu.
Learning Skills
• You can help Heroes learn skills by going to Allies, then Ally Growth, and then Learn Skills.
• Some skills can only be learned after raising a Hero's ★ rating.

Note: This summoning event includes a 4★ focus category with an initial appearance rate of 3%. Geese: A Life at Sea is also available as part of this 4★ focus category. Your 5★ and 5★ focus appearance rates will not reset if you summon this Hero at 4★ rarity.
Veronica, princess of Embla, and Xander, crown
prince of Nohr. They're joining the pirate festival
for insight into their peoples' hearts. They
appear in Fire Emblem Heroes/Fates.
Harmonized Skill:
Grants【Resonance: Shields】to unit and allies
from the same titles as unit.
Once used, Harmonized Skill cannot be
activated again right away. At start of every
third turn, if Harmonized Skill has already been
used, unit can use Harmonized Skill again.
【Resonance: Shields】
Grants Def/Res+4 during combat and the
following effect for 1 turn: "During unit's first
combat in player phase or enemy phase, foe
cannot make a follow-up attack."
(Harmonized Skills can be used by tapping the
Harmonized button. Harmonized Skills cannot
be used by units deployed using Pair Up.)
Resonance Effect: Heroes / Fates
Increases scores in Resonant Battles.

If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants
Def/Res+5 to unit and inflicts Def/Res-5 on foe

follow-up attack.
This skill can only be equipped by its original unit.

Boosts damage by 50% of unit's Def.
Cannot use:
Atk/Def Solo 4
If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants
Atk/Def+7 during combat.
Lull Atk/Def 3
Inflicts Atk/Def-3 on foe and neutralizes foe's
bonuses to Atk/Def (from skills like Fortify,
Rally, etc.) during combat.
Cannot use:
Atk/Def Gap 3
At start of turn, grants Atk/Def+5 to ally
with the highest Atk+Def total for 1 turn.

from her family as a child and raised by a pirate
leader. Appears in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of
the Holy War.

Helm Bow+
Mt: 12 Range: 2
Effective against flying foes. If unit is not
adjacent to an ally, inflicts Spd/Def-5 on foe
and neutralizes foe's bonuses to Spd/Def (from
skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat.
Harsh Command+
Range: 1
Neutralizes target ally's penalties (from skills
like Panic, Threaten, etc.) and negative status
effects (preventing counterattacks, restricting
movement, etc.) that last through ally's next
action. Converts any penalties on target ally
into bonuses.
Cannot use:
Steady Impact
If unit initiates combat, grants Spd+7,
Def+10 during combat and foe cannot
make a follow-up attack.
Cannot use:
Pulse Smoke 3
Inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on target
and foes within 2 spaces of target after
combat. (No effect on Special cooldown counts
already at maximum.)
Cannot use:

from pursuing his business, he reluctantly took
up piracy for a time. Appears in Fire Emblem:
The Binding Blade.

Target ally moves to opposite side of unit.
Cannot use:
Fire Boost 3
At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ foe's HP+3,
grants Atk+6 during combat.
Infantry Pulse 3
At the start of turn 1, grants Special cooldown
count-1 to all infantry allies on team with
HP < unit’s HP. (Stacks with similar skills.)

Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1).
If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk+5
to unit and inflicts Atk-5 on foe during combat
and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.
At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast
or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any
ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If
unit transforms, unit can move 1 extra space.
(That turn only. Does not stack.) If unit
transforms, grants Atk+2.
This skill can only be equipped by its original unit.
Galeforce
Cooldown: 5
If unit initiates combat, grants unit another action
after combat. (Once per turn.)
Cannot use:
Heavy Blade 4
If unit's Atk > foe's Atk, grants Special
cooldown charge +1 and deals +5 damage
to foe per unit's attack. (Only highest value
applied. Does not stack.)
Cannot use:
Dive-Bomb 3
At start of combat, if both unit's and foe's
HP ≥ 80% and unit initiates combat, unit
can make a follow-up attack before foe
can counterattack.
Cannot use:
Atk Smoke 3
Inflicts Atk-7 on foes within 2 spaces of target
through their next actions after combat.
Cannot use:
