Unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of any ally within 2 spaces of unit. If a Rally or movement Assist skill is used by unit, grants【Foe Penalty Doubler】and Special cooldown count-1 to unit, target ally, and allies within 3 spaces of target ally after movement (Special cooldown count-1 effect granted only once per turn).
