Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Unit attacks twice (even if foe initiates combat, unit attacks twice). Unit can move to any space within 2 spaces of an ally within 2 spaces of unit. At start of enemy phase, restores 10 HP to unit and allies within 3 spaces of unit. After start-of-turn effects trigger on enemy phase, for unit and allies within 3 spaces of unit, neutralizes stat penalties and two【Penalty】 effects (does not apply to Penalty effects that are applied at the same time; neutralizes the first applicable Penalty effects on unit's list of active effects). Grants Spd/Res+4 to allies within 3 spaces of unit during their combat and restores 10 HP to those allies after their combat. If unit initiates combat or is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res = 15% of unit's Spd at start of combat + 5, deals damage = 6 × number of allies with HP ≥ 50% during combat (max 18; excluding area-of-effect Specials), and restores 10 HP to unit after combat. |

Notes[ | ]
- Scroll of Teas's extra attack is not a follow-up attack nor a change in attack priority.
- Effects such as Foe Cannot Follow-Up and Hardy Bearing 3 do not affect the extra attack.
- If Scroll of Teas's user can perform a standard follow-up attack, either by passing the Spd difference check or effects such as Guaranteed Follow-Ups or Quick Riposte 4, the user will be able to attack up to 4 times during combat.
- Scroll of Teas's extra attack does not affect the additional follow-up granted by 【Potent Follow X%】 or 【Potent Follow 100%】.
- A foe with effects such as Phys. Null Follow or Null Follow-Up will neutralize any effect on Scroll of Teas's user that guarantees follow-up attacks.
- Warping counts as the unit's move for the turn. The unit can still perform an attack, an Assist, or a structure destruction after warping.
- Warping is unaffected by movement preventing effects, Divine Vein effects, Stall, Gravity, Traverse Terrain, and 【Pathfinder】.
- Warping can be obstructed by warp preventing effects unless the warping unit has a Pass effect, or warps using a camp, a fortress, or sigils.
- Scroll of Teas's start-of-turn healing will not trigger if the unit is inflicted with False Start or Deep Wounds, unless 【Penalty】 are neutralized by skills such as Odd Recovery 3 or Dream Deliverer.
- Scroll of Teas can remove the unit's and allies' Penalties & 1st 2 【Penalty】 effects.
- Any 【Penalty】 effects that can be removed at the time that the removal takes place are removed with the following priority:
- Panic
- Exposure
- Sabotage
- Discord
- Hush Spectrum
- Share Spoils
- False Start
- Counterattacks disrupted
- Isolation
- Deep Wounds
- Neutralizes non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects
- Undefended
- Feud
- Ploy
- Schism
- Time's Grip
- Gravity
- Stall
- Canto Control
- Guard
- Frozen
- Triangle Adept
- After Start-of-Turn Skills Trigger, Action Ends Immediately
- The stat increase that can be applied by Scroll of Teas is considered a temporary buff.
- The healing effect is triggered regardless of whether Scroll of Teas's user performs an attack during combat. If foe initiates combat and user cannot counterattack, Scroll of Teas's healing effect will still trigger.
- Scroll of Teas's user needs to survive the combat for the healing effect to trigger.
- Scroll of Teas's healing effect stacks with skills such as Fury 4, that deal out of combat damage to their owner after combat.
- Scroll of Teas's after combat healing will not work if the foe has a skill that prevents HP recovery such as Fatal Smoke 4 or Incurable+, or the user has been inflicted with Deep Wounds.
- However, allies unaffected by Deep Wounds will still receive Scroll of Teas's healing effect.
- The temporary buffs of Scroll of Teas will not apply to the user's allies if the user is inflicted with Time's Grip, the user's allies are inflicted with Feud, or the user's allies are in combat against a foe with skills such as Impenetrable Void and C Feud 3.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- A stat comparison made "At start of combat" ignores temporary buffs and temporary debuffs.
- Temporary buffs and temporary debuffs from skills such as Death Blow and Rauðrfox+ will not affect the outcome.
- Only stat boosts outside of combat, such as Bonuses and Penalties, will affect the outcome.
- The damage boosting effect is a flat +X (max: 18) damage that ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, File:Nine-Realm Pact.png Nine-Realm Pact, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage during combat except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
