At start of turn, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd+6,【Anathema】, and the following status to unit and allies within 2 spaces for 1 turn: "Grants Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack)." If unit initiates combat, unit attacks twice, and unit can make a follow-up attack before foe can counterattack. (Unit moves according to movement type. Once per turn. Cannot attack or assist. Only highest value applied. Does not stack. After moving, if a skill that grants another action would be triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will trigger after the granted action. Unit's base movement has no effect on movement granted. Cannot warp (using skills like Wings of Mercy) a distance greater than unit would be able to move with normal Canto movement.) 【Anathema】 Inflicts Spd/Def/Res-4 on foes within 3 spaces of unit during combat. |

Notes[ | ]
- The stat increase that can be applied by Scroll of Curses is considered a Bonus.
- Scroll of Curses applies the Anathema status effect.
- The Spd/Def/Res-4 that can be applied by Anathema is considered a temporary debuff.
- The temporary debuffs of Anathema will not apply if an ally enters combat and the user is inflicted with Time's Grip, the ally is inflicted with Feud, or the ally is in combat against a foe with skills such as Impenetrable Void and C Feud 3.
- Scroll of Curses applies the Special Cooldown Charge +1 status effect.
- Any 【Bonus】 on a unit lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Special Cooldown Charge +1 is acquired during the enemy phase, it will disappear when the next player phase begins.
- The "Special cooldown charge +X" effect will stack with the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect.
- For example, if a unit is affected by both Guard and Special Cooldown Charge +1, the effects will stack and the cooldown will go down without penalty or bonus.
- If the effect is active, the unit will gain 2 charges from both attacking and being attacked.
- If used alongside another source of "Special cooldown charge +X", only the higher of the two charge increases will apply.
- This means that if a unit has two "Special cooldown charge +1" effects from two different sources, the battle will play out as if only one "Special cooldown charge +1" effect is active.
- Skills such as Spd/Def Tempo 4 and Spendy Scimitar will neutralize effects that grant "Special cooldown charge +X" to the foe.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- Scroll of Curses's extra attack is not a follow-up attack nor a change in attack priority.
- Effects such as Foe Cannot Follow-Up and Hardy Bearing 3 do not affect the extra attack.
- If Scroll of Curses's user can perform a standard follow-up attack, either by passing the Spd difference check or effects such as Guaranteed Follow-Ups or Quick Riposte 4, the user will be able to attack up to 4 times during combat.
- Scroll of Curses's extra attack does not affect the additional follow-up granted by 【Potent Follow X%】 or 【Potent Follow 100%】.
- A foe with effects such as Phys. Null Follow or Null Follow-Up will neutralize any effect on Scroll of Curses's user that guarantees follow-up attacks.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- Scroll of Curses does not guarantee the user a follow-up.
- If the user can perform a follow-up, either by passing the Spd difference check or from guaranteed follow-up effects, the initial attack and follow-up will occur before the foe can perform a counterattack.
- Effects such as Vantage or Paranoia have priority over Scroll of Curses's priority changing effect.
- Scroll of Curses changes the priority, or order of attacks, and therefore can be neutralized by effects such as Hardy Bearing 3 or Caltrop Dagger+.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Scroll of Curses is considered a temporary buff.
- A stat comparison made "At start of combat" ignores temporary buffs and temporary debuffs.
- Temporary buffs and temporary debuffs from skills such as Death Blow and Rauðrfox+ will not affect the outcome.
- Only stat boosts outside of combat, such as Bonuses and Penalties, will affect the outcome.
