Description | Foe cannot counterattack. Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1; max cooldown count value cannot be reduced below 1). If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit and neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat. Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 during combat and "if unit's HP > 1 and foe would reduce unit's HP to 0 during combat, unit survives with 1 HP and after combat, restores 99 HP to unit" to allies within 2 spaces of unit (effect only triggers for player's team once per map and does not stack with non-Special effects that allow unit to survive with 1 HP if foe's attack would reduce unit's HP to 0; when any other such effect triggers on an ally granted this effect, this effect will trigger too). |

- Sacrifice Staff has the same effect as Dazzling Staff 3.
- Sacrifice Staff can prevent the foe from counterattacking.
- A foe with skills such as Null C-Disrupt 4 or Null C-Disrupt E will be able to counterattack.
- A foe with Mystic Boost 4 will only be able to counterattack against Staff units.
- A foe with Ice-Bound Brand, Ice-Crystal Spear, Nifl's Bite, or Holy Yule Blade will only be able to counterattack against ranged units.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Sacrifice Staff is considered a temporary buff.
- Sacrifice Staff will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit from effects such as Guard Sword+, Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】.
- Since the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will be neutralized on unit, Sacrifice Staff will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit from effects such as Heavy Blade 4, Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests Infantry area effect, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit.
- Sacrifice Staff is triggered by the foe's attack and reduces the damage taken from that attack.
- The unit with Sacrifice Staff only survives a single attack, so a second attack will still be lethal. If unit is at exactly at 1 HP and is hit with a lethal attack, Sacrifice Staff will not trigger.
- Sacrifice Staff stacks with other "unit survives with 1 HP" effects.
- Non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects have priority over Specials such as Miracle and Life Unending, however most of them only trigger once per combat.
- The Special cooldown count of Specials such as Miracle and Life Unending are unaffected by non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects.
- Sacrifice Staff only stacks with Special skills such as Miracle and Life Unending.
- Non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects can be neutralized by effects such as Neutralizes non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects or Black Yule Lance.

- Sacrifice Staff stacks with other "unit survives with 1 HP" effects.
- The healing effect is triggered regardless of whether Sacrifice Staff's user performs an attack during combat. If foe initiates combat and user cannot counterattack, Sacrifice Staff's healing effect will still trigger.
- Sacrifice Staff's user needs to survive the combat for the healing effect to trigger.
- Sacrifice Staff's healing effect stacks with skills such as Fury 4, that deal out of combat damage to their owner after combat.
- Sacrifice Staff's after combat healing will not work if the foe has a skill that prevents HP recovery such as Fatal Smoke 4 or Incurable+, or the user has been inflicted with Deep Wounds.
- However, allies unaffected by Deep Wounds will still receive Sacrifice Staff's healing effect.
- The temporary buffs, survival effect, and after combat healing of Sacrifice Staff will not apply to the user's allies if the user is inflicted with Time's Grip, the user's allies are inflicted with Feud, or the user's allies are in combat against a foe with skills such as Impenetrable Void and C Feud 3.
