Resonant Battles is a game mode introduced in Version 4.6.0 that is notably PvE controlled by the AI. It was first presented in Feh Channel (Jun. 15, 2020).

In this mode, you have to defeat thieves that are scattered across the map. Your goal is to reach and defeat them, before they can escape. At the end of a season, you will receive rewards including Hero Feathers, Divine Codes, Dragonflowers, Blessings,  Trait Fruits, and  Divine Dew.

Guide Resonant Battles introduction

Basics[]

  • To play Resonant Battles, tap Battle, then Coliseum, then Resonant Battles.
  • Each season is 7 days long, just like the Arena season.
  • There are 3 difficulties to choose from: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, just like the Arena difficulties.
  • Resonant Battles is a special type of battle where the aim of the mode is to defeat thieves before they escape.
    • Thieves defeated drop items that benefit you to help clear out more thieves.
    • Thieves are also "protected" by Guardian Heroes. These Guardian Heroes may try to prevent you from taking out thieves.
      • However, these Guardian Heroes are only able to move 1 space at a time.
  • When a season ends, rewards will be distributed based on the player's interval.
    • The amount of rewards you receive increases based on your interval
  • The gamemode has bonus heroes called "Harmonized Heroes".
  • In Resonant Battles, there are bonus titles.
    • Any hero from these two selected titles score higher & receive extra stats.

Skills[]

Resonant Battles makes use of several seals exclusive to the gamemode. Only Guardian Heroes are equipped with  Guardian Seal.

Blade Seal When the holder of this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeats holder, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat, and a【Special Blade】drops.

【Special Blade】
Enables use of Specials for all allies.
Boots Seal When the holder of this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeats holder, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat, and【Infantry Boots】drop.

【Infantry Boots】
Grants +1 to movement to all allies for 1 turn.
Charm Seal When the holder of this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeats holder, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat, and a【Lightning Charm】drops.

【Lightning Charm】
Inflicts 20 damage to all enemies.
Elixir Seal When the holder of this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeats holder, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat, and an【Elixir】drops.

【Elixir】
Restores 99 HP to all allies
Guardian Seal Units on the opposing team with Range = 2 cannot move through a space adjacent to the holder of this seal. (Does not affect units with Pass.) When foe with this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeated foe and inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat.
Horn Seal When the holder of this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeats holder, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat, and a【Fortifying Horn】drops.

【Fortifying Horn】
Grants all allies Atk/Spd/Def/Res+6 for 1 turn.
Veil Seal When the holder of this seal is defeated, restores 10 HP to unit that defeats holder, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on that unit after combat, and a【Dancer's Veil】drops.

【Dancer's Veil】
Allows one random ally that has already acted to take another action.

Bonus Titles for Resonant Battles follow a certain pattern. These patterns maybe be subject to change, but the currently observed patterns are as follows:

Maps[]

10 maps are used by Resonant Battles. The seasons cycle through the maps below, starting with map 1 on Coliseum season 177 where the game mode debuted.

All Resonant Battles that use the same maps spawn their units on the same position. However, their weapons types and moves types differs. Each maps includ six guardians and six Thiefs. Their is always two Red Thief, two Blue Thief and two Green Thief, but none Thief. Those are used below to show their position, without defining a color.
