An error occurred temporarily for those subscribed to the Feh Pass. This has now been resolved.
If your Feh Pass appears disabled in the game, please try to login again and use the "Complete Subscription" option in the Shop menu.
Due to the outage, we have also confirmed that some customers were unable to use the Choose a free 5★ Hero after summoning 40 times option in the Double Special Heroes summoning event.
Customers affected by the outage will be compensated individually. Please contact us through the Support, FAQ, etc. button in the Miscellaneous menu.
