Notes[ | ]

  • The maximum Spd difference that matters for Red-Hot Ducks+'s damage boosting effect is 10, due to Red-Hot Ducks+'s cap of 7 added damage.
  • The minimum Spd difference that matters for Red-Hot Ducks+'s damage boosting effect is 2, which provides 1 added damage.
  • With 【Phantom】 effects, Red-Hot Ducks+ will deal extra damage if the user would otherwise have equal or less Spd than the target.
    • This effect stops when the user is regularly 9 Spd slower than the target, as a 1-Spd advantage rounds down to 0 damage.
  • The damage boosting effect of Red-Hot Ducks+ is applied after other effects, and is thus not boosted by specials such as Skilliconspecial Glimmer or Skilliconspecial Astra.
  • The damage boosting effect of Red-Hot Ducks+ ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as Skilliconspecial Gust, Atk Spd Excel Atk/Spd Excel, and Status Effect Dodge Dodge.
  • If unit attacked means if the user attacked at any time during combat. They do not need to initiate combat, deal damage, or survive.
    • This means that if the foe initiates combat and the user cannot counterattack, the effect will not trigger.
  • The stat decrease that can be applied by Red-Hot Ducks+ is considered a Status Effect Penalty Penalty.
    • Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Status Effect Penalty Penalties for their first action.
      • If the unit also has Status Effect Grand Strategy Grand Strategy, any Status Effect Penalty Penalties will remain active until the start of that unit's next phase.
