Description | Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit initiates combat or foe's HP ≥ 75% at start of combat, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd = 15% of unit's Spd at start of combat, and neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks during combat. If unit initiates combat, reduces damage from foe's first attack by 70% during combat and restores 7 HP to unit after combat. If unit initiates combat, grants another action to unit after combat, and inflicts "restricts movement to 1 space" on unit and Pair Up cohort through their next action (will not trigger again for 2 turns after triggering). |

- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Quietus Gullveig is considered a temporary buff.
- A stat comparison made "At start of combat" ignores temporary buffs and temporary debuffs.
- Temporary buffs and temporary debuffs from skills such as Death Blow and Rauðrfox+ will not affect the outcome.
- Only stat boosts outside of combat, such as Bonuses and Penalties, will affect the outcome.
- Quietus Gullveig will not neutralize the additional follow-up of 【Potent Follow X%】 or 【Potent Follow 100%】.
- Effects that are neutralized by Quietus Gullveig:
- Effects that grant the foe a guaranteed follow-up such as Quick Riposte 4, Guaranteed Follow-Ups, or the Grand Conquests Cavalry area effect.
- Effects active on the unit that prevent their follow-up attacks, such as Windsweep 3, Watersweep 3, or Weaving Fighter.
- Effects active on the foe that prevent the unit's follow-up attacks such as Steady Impact, Vengeful Fighter 4, or Foe Cannot Follow-Up.
- The damage-reduction effect is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- "Reduces damage by X%" effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- Non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects can be neutralized or reduced by effects such as Share Spoils or Halves non-Special damage reduction.

- The healing effect is triggered regardless of whether Quietus Gullveig's user performs an attack during combat. If foe initiates combat and user cannot counterattack, Quietus Gullveig's healing effect will still trigger.
- Quietus Gullveig's user needs to survive the combat for the healing effect to trigger.
- Quietus Gullveig's healing effect stacks with skills such as Fury 4, that deal out of combat damage to their owner after combat.
- Quietus Gullveig's after combat healing will not work if the foe has a skill that prevents HP recovery such as Fatal Smoke 4 or Incurable+, or the user has been inflicted with Deep Wounds.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- Both Quietus Gullveig and other effects that grant another action to the user can trigger on the same turn.[1]
- The unit's Special cooldown count is unaffected if Quietus Gullveig triggers.
- The priority of effects that grant another action to the user is as follows:
- Share Spoils
- Effects with priority such as Time Is Light
- Non-Special effects without priority such as Lone Wolf or Override
- Special effects without priority such as Galeforce or Njörun's Zeal II
- Quietus Gullveig applies the Gravity status effect.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Gravity for their first action.
- Gravity has priority over Mobility increased and Gallop.
