Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If a Rally or movement Assist skill (like Reposition, Shove, Pivot, etc.) is used by an ally with the【Divine Nectar】effect active (excluding unit), grants Atk/Res+6 and 【Charge】to unit and that ally for 1 turn and grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit and that ally (once per turn). At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Def/Res = 20% of unit's Res at start of combat + 5, deals damage = 20% of unit's Res (including when dealing damage with an area-of-effect Special), neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit, and reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by 50% during combat (excluding area-of-effect Specials). |

Charge can be obstructed by warp preventing effects and movement preventing effects (unless the unit has a Pass effect), 【Divine Vein (Ice)】, and impassible terrain.
- The stat increase that can be applied by New Year Treats is considered a temporary buff.
- A stat comparison made "At start of combat" ignores temporary buffs and temporary debuffs.
- Temporary buffs and temporary debuffs from skills such as Death Blow and
Rauðrfox+ will not affect the outcome.
- Only stat boosts outside of combat, such as
Bonuses and
Penalties, will affect the outcome.

- The damage boosting effect of New Year Treats ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as

Gold Perfection, or
Nine-Realm Pact will neutralize all sources of damage except from Røkkr area-of-effect Specials and the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.

- Damage-reduction reducing effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as
Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.

Halves non-Special damage reduction and a foe with
Dodge is on a space with 【Divine Vein (Water)】, the maximum total damage-reduction is reduced to 10%, since the two effects reduce the damage to (1 − ((40% − 50%) − 50%)) = 90% of the original damage instead of 60% of the original damage.
