Description	Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat, neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit, deals damage = 10% of foe's Atk, and also, if unit’s HP ≥ 25% and foe would reduce unit’s HP to 0, unit survives with 1 HP. (Once per combat. Does not stack with non-Special effects that allow unit to survive with 1 HP if foe's attack would reduce HP to 0.)

Notes

• "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
  • However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
• The stat increase that can be applied by Mila's Testament is considered a temporary buff.
• Mila's Testament will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit from effects such as  Guard Sword+,  Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】.
  • Since the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will be neutralized on unit, Mila's Testament will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit from effects such as  Heavy Blade 4,  Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests  Infantry area effect, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit.

• The damage boosting effect of Mila's Testament is not affected by the weapon-triangle, and includes the increased Atk from skills like  Blárblade+ in its calculations.
• The damage boosting effect of Mila's Testament ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as  Gust,  Atk/Spd Excel, and  Dodge.
  • A foe equipped with  Embla's Ward,  Múspellflame,  Niðavellir Axiom, File:Nine-Realm Pact.png Nine-Realm Pact, or  Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage during combat except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.

• Mila's Testament is triggered by the foe's attack and reduces the damage taken from that attack.

• The unit with Mila's Testament only survives a single attack, so a second attack will still be lethal. If unit is under 25% HP and is hit with a lethal attack, Mila's Testament will not trigger.
  • Mila's Testament stacks with other "unit survives with 1 HP" effects.
    • Non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects have priority over Specials such as  Miracle and  Life Unending, however most of them only trigger once per combat.
    • The Special cooldown count of Specials such as  Miracle and  Life Unending are unaffected by non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects.
    • Mila's Testament only stacks with Special skills such as  Miracle and  Life Unending.
    • Non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects can be neutralized by effects such as  Neutralizes non-Special "unit survives with 1 HP" effects or  Black Yule Lance.
