When upgraded, the description of Swift Mulagir becomes "Effective against flying foes. Grants Res+3. If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+5 to unit during combat, and also, during combat, disables skills of all foes excluding foe in combat.".
Swift Mulagir can be upgraded with the additional effect "If unit initiates combat or if foe's HP ≥ 75% at start of combat, deals damage = 15% of unit's Spd and grants Atk/Spd+5 to unit during combat.".
