- 【Canto (3)】 will not trigger after an effect that grants "another action" if it has already been triggered that turn or if the unit does not perform an action.
- If 【Canto (3)】 has already been triggered that turn effects such as Forever Yours can re-enable it's usage.
- Canto Control will reduce the amount of movement granted by 【Canto (3)】 to 1 space for Range = 1 units and 0 spaces for Range = 2 units.
- 【Canto (3)】 takes into account the unit's Move Type and the movement restrictions involved with it. For Example, a Cavalry unit cannot use 【Canto (3)】 to enter or cross through a forest.
- 【Canto (3)】 also takes into account effects that alter a unit's normal movement such as movement preventing effects, Divine Vein effects, Pass effects, Traverse Terrain, and 【Pathfinder】.
- 【Canto (3)】 also takes into account warping effects such as Guidance 4 and Air Orders. However, the distance is limited to the maximum amount of spaces allotted by 【Canto (3)】.
- The movement granted by 【Canto (3)】 is unaffected by status effects that alter a unit's movement value such as Mobility increased, Gallop, Stall, and Gravity.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Lofnheiðr is considered a temporary buff.
- The stat decrease that can be applied by Lofnheiðr is considered a temporary debuff.
- Lofnheiðr can prevent the foe from making a standard follow-up attack.
- As a general rule, if a unit is both prevented from making, and guaranteed to make a standard follow-up attack, the effects cancel out, and the Spd difference is used (including effects that alter the Spd difference such as Frozen).
- Lofnheiðr will not prevent a unit with a "unit attacks twice" effect from performing the 2 consecutive attacks, but the the unit will not be able to perform a standard follow-up attack.
- Lofnheiðr will not prevent the additional follow-up attack of 【Potent Follow X%】 or 【Potent Follow 100%】.
- Effects such as Mag. Null Follow or Null Follow-Up will neutralize the follow-up preventing effect of Lofnheiðr.
