Ljósálfheimr is the realm of dreams. Ljósálfheimr is home to the Ljósálfar (Light Elves) who deliver pleasant dreams to children. It is ruled by Freyr. Its counterpart is Dökkálfheimr.

- Freyr is the Dream-King and the ruler of Ljósálfheimr, the land of the dreams. He is originally a Vanir god from Vanaheimr.
- Peony is a Ljósálfr who enjoys playing with children.
- Mirabilis is a sleepy Ljósálfr that once lived Ljósálfheimr and played with a younger Sharena and Peony.
