- However, Linus' opening quote in this map references a battle quote he has with Eliwood in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade - Chapter E23/H24: Four-Fanged Offense (Linus' Version)
- In The Blazing Blade, depending on whether Linus or Lloyd is fought in Four-Fanged Offense, the other brother is fought in Cog of Destiny. Since Lloyd's Grand Hero Battle in Heroes is his version of Four-Fanged Offense, and Linus' GHB is his version of Cog of Destiny, the two maps referenced by these GHB's could both be encountered in the same playthrough of The Blazing Blade.
