Description | Grants Def+3. Grants allies within 2 spaces bonus to Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = current bonus on each of unit's stats. Calculates each stat bonus independently. At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, grants Atk+2, and if unit initiates combat, inflicts Atk/Def-4 on foe during combat and foe cannot make a follow-up attack. |

- The stat increase that can be applied by Kitsune Fang is considered a combat boost.
- The stat increasing effect of Kitsune Fang will activate if the unit receive
bonuses.
- The stat increasing effect will not be negated nor reduced if the unit receive
penalties.
- If the unit are affected by
Panic and not affected by
Null Panic, or if the foe possess a source of bonus neutralization or
Neutralize Foe Bonuses, the stat increasing effect will be negated.

- As a general rule, if a unit is both prevented from making, and guaranteed to make, a follow-up attack, the effects cancel out, and the standard speed check decides instead.
- A foe with skills such as
Null Follow-Up 3 or a status effect such as
Null Follow-Up will disable Kitsune Fang's follow-up attack prevention.
- The Atk+2 granted by Kitsune Fang when the user transforms is a stat boost, not a
bonus.
- The stat boost, combat reductions, and follow-up preventing effects of Kitsune Fang will only trigger if the unit is transformed.

- The "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect.
- For example, if a unit is affected by both
Guard and
Accelerate Special, the effects will stack and the cooldown will go down without penalty or bonus.
- For example, if a unit is affected by both
- If used alongside another source of "Special cooldown charge -X", only the higher of the two charge reductions will apply.
- This means that if a unit has two "Special cooldown charge -1" effects from two different sources, the battle will play out as if only one "Special cooldown charge -1" effect is active.
- Skills such as
Spd/Def Tempo 3 and
Whirling Grace will neutralize effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on its user.
- The effect of Kitsune Fang will not apply to the user's allies who are in combat against a foe with skills such as
