Important Notice Regarding Supported iOS Devices

Thank you for playing the Fire Emblem Heroes game!

The following is an important message regarding changes to device support.

■ To players using an iOS device

Currently, Fire Emblem Heroes supports iOS 10.0 or higher. After the next update to Ver. 6.0.0, however, the game will require iOS 13.0 or higher.

After the update is released, players using an iOS version older than iOS 13.0 will no longer be able to download, update, or access the game.

If you will be affected by this change, please consider updating your device's iOS to version 13.0 or higher if possible.

Along with this change, the following devices will no longer be able to download or update the Fire Emblem Heroes app.

・ iPhone 6
・ iPhone 6 Plus
・ iPad (4th generation)

Note: If you plan to change to a new device, please back up your save data using your Nintendo Account to move it to another device.

■ To players who have not linked their save data to a Nintendo Account

If you link Fire Emblem Heroes to your Nintendo Account, you can transfer your save data with ease when you change from one phone or device to another compatible device. You can check the email address registered to your Nintendo Account from the Manage Account Info page, which you can access in-game by tapping Misc, then tapping Account Management, or by tapping the Menu button on the title screen, then tapping Account Management.

To players who are subscribed to Feh Pass (Tap to open.)

Beginning with the update, you will not be able to use Feh Pass on unsupported devices. Because Feh Pass is a subscription service, you will continue to be automatically charged for your subscription unless you cancel automatic renewal.

How to cancel automatic renewal:
1. Tap Settings on your device.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the Fire Emblem Heroes icon to check your subscription status.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you cannot perform the above procedure:
1. Tap Settings on your device.
2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID.
4. Tap View Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Tap the Fire Emblem Heroes icon to check your subscription status.
6. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Notes:
・ Option names and other wording may vary depending on your OS version.
・ If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, please do so 24 or more hours before your subscription period is scheduled to end.
・ If you cancel before the subscription period ends, you will not be refunded for the remainder.

・ After canceling automatic renewal, you can continue to use the Feh Pass service on supported devices until the subscription period ends.
