I almost could not believe you were here, even though I heard it directly from 【Summoner】.		Marth
Elice	I find it hard to believe, myself. This is my first time venturing to another world—I scarce know how to begin.
That is completely natural. I have learned a lot about Askr in my time here, but much is still new to me.		Merric
Marth	As difficult as adjusting can be, I have found it to be an incredibly valuable learning opportunity. It’s also given me the chance to form lasting friendships with Heroes from far beyond the borders of Archanea.
That is encouraging. I do hope you are taking time to rest amid all this excitement, however. You know you have a tendency to focus on helping others at the expense of your own well-being.		Elice
Marth	You need not worry. I have as many reliable allies to remind me of that as I ever did in our world.
I’m not surprised to see Merric as the first among them.		Elice
Merric	As ever, Princess Elice, I am prepared to protect your brother with my life.
Hehe. No need to be so formal about it, Merric. I have complete trust in your friendship. I just hope Marth will think of the effect it has on you when he runs off to do something reckless.		Elice

Prince Marth and Princess Elice obviously love each other. It’s wonderful to see them reunited.		Fjorm
Sharena	The two of them once answered the summoner’s call as a pair for one of our winter festivals. I remember being struck by how inseparably close they were. It kind of changed the way I saw the Hero-King. It’s kind of funny, seeing a hero of legend just being somebody’s little brother, don’t you think?

Raphael	Mmmf... Phew! Yeah, that’s the stuff. There’s no shortage of quality food here in Askr. I love this place! Hey, let’s keep the meat coming! This plate won’t be full for long, y’know. I can eat all day!
Pardon me for intruding on your fun, but do you really think it’s wise to fill your plate entirely with meat? A balanced meal would be better for you. Why not have some vegetables? There are plenty on offer.		Elice
Raphael	That’s true enough. Some of these veggies do look pretty tasty. I’ve only got so much room, though. Every bite of veg is one less mouthful of this incredible meat!
Vegetables play an important role in keeping your body in top shape for the battlefield. Not only that, but they can actually help bring out the flavor of the meat you’re eating even more.		Elice
Raphael	Wait, you’re saying mixing meat with veggies makes the meat taste even better? Are you serious?! Mmmf... Grroarf... Oh wow, you’re not wrong! This is unbelievable! I can’t believe nobody ever told me this before!
Try some of these tubers next. They are quite nutritious, and even has its own distinct flavor.		Elice
Raphael	Mmm... Yeah, these are great! You’ve really opened my eyes. I feel like I haven’t really lived until now. What have I been doing all this time?! You’re a miracle-worker, Princess Elice. The one-two punch of meat and veggies is a dream come true!

I simply noticed that your cloak has a hole in it. Would you like me to patch it up for you?		Elice
Helbindi	A hole? So what, who cares?
You should, if you like your cloak. The hole is small now, but eventually it will destroy the whole garment.		Elice
Helbindi	Hang on... You’re Prince Marth’s sister. What are you doing walking around with a needle and thread?
I just happened to have it on hand. Hold still just a moment. And...done.		Elice
Helbindi	Already?! You’re quick!
It was lucky I had a swatch of the same color fabric lurking in my bag. A simple fix, really.		Elice

Elice	There you go...sleep at last. Rest, and worry no more. You must be so tired from battle.

Anna	Is it just me, or...well, maybe it is just me.
You seem troubled, Commander. Is something amiss?		Alfonse
Anna	Amiss? No, it’s nothing bad. Things just seem...different around here lately, don’t you think? I can’t put my finger on it, but folks just seem...I don’t know. Nicer?
Nicer? What do you mean?		Alfonse
Anna	Not that people weren’t nice before. I’ve just noticed folks going out of their way to help each other more.
Now that you mention it, I do believe I’ve noticed an extra cooperative atmosphere around here of late.		Alfonse
Anna	Maybe everyone’s just in a better mood. But it’s not like I’ve upped the canteen budget or anything.
If I may, I have noticed that the change began around the time Princess Elice was summoned.		Fjorm
Caeda	That makes sense to me. I’ve heard others are warming up to her quickly.
Do you really think the change in mood has to do with Princess Elice?		Anna
Caeda	It wouldn’t surprise me. I’ve known her my whole life. Her compassion has a way of rubbing off on people. I daresay she’s been an inspiration to Prince Marth and me. Being around her makes me want to be more kind.
It would appear that she has had a similar effect on the Order of Heroes and the people of Askr. In fact, I recall Sharena saying she was extra focused on being good to people lately. Now I understand why.		Alfonse
Fjorm	If she is a role model for Princess Caeda and the Hero-King, she can inspire anyone. She reminds me of Gunnthrá, in a way. She gives others the sense that they are seen, cared for. Even now, thinking of Gunnthrá, imagining what she would say in a difficult situation...it’s a comfort.
I had no idea one Hero was capable of having such a massive impact on morale.		Anna
Alfonse	Perhaps that is the very reason 【Summoner】 chose her.

Elice	Despite my best efforts, I seem to be falling short of expectations. Is this really all I am good for?
Is everything all right, Elice? You seem a little out of sorts.		Marth
Elice	Ah... Marth, Merric. I suppose I am, although nothing bad has happened.
We are here for you, Princess Elice. Please, tell us what’s on your mind.		Merric
Elice	I suppose it’s just that...the Order of Heroes has so many capable and competent soldiers at its command. Each of them is a living legend. What am I, in comparison? What can I offer the people of Askr, truly?
I struggle to imagine how you could possibly think of yourself as lacking.		Merric
Elice	I am not so great a force upon the battlefield as you, or Marth, or Caeda. I have done no great deeds. The most anyone can say about me is that I’ve managed to improve morale. That’s it.
What do you mean, “that’s it”?! That’s quite a lot!		Merric
Marth	Merric has the right of it. You’ve been an inspiration to everyone here. The Heroes all look up to you.
They do?		Elice
Marth	Yes! Your kindness and generosity have inspired everyone here to try to be better to each other. They are all working to emulate you, because you set such a fine example.
Morale is the very essence of battle. A boost to morale is worth more than any weapon or strategy.		Merric
Elice	I suppose you’re right. Thank you for saying so—both of you.
I hope, for everyone’s sake, that you will continue to do as you’ve been doing, Princess Elice. Your kindness is a benefit to us all. You need look no further than the two of us to see that.		Merric
Elice	Thank you. I will do my best to see it that way as well.

Elice	To tell the truth, I’ve really enjoyed taking it upon myself to look after as many people as I can here. In a way, it’s like I’ve joined one very big and happy family!
