Description | Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit is on a team with unit's support partner, unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of any support partner within 3 spaces of unit. If unit is not on a team with their support partner, at start of turn, unit can move 1 extra space (that turn only; does not stack). If unit initiates combat or foe's Range = 2, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X to unit during combat (X = 25% of foe's Atk at start of combat - 4; max 14, min 5), neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit, reduces damage from attacks during combat by percentage = 20 + number of spaces from start position to end position of whoever initiated combat (max 5) × 10 (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and if unit deals damage with follow-up attack, restores 7 HP to unit (triggers even if 0 damage is dealt). |

Notes[]
- Warping counts as the unit's move for the turn. The unit can still perform an attack, an Assist, or a structure destruction after warping.
- Warping is unaffected by movement preventing effects, Divine Vein effects, Stall, Gravity, Traverse Terrain, and 【Pathfinder】.
- Warping can be obstructed by warp preventing effects unless the warping unit has a Pass effect, or warps using a camp, a fortress, or sigils.
- The warping effect of Icebound Tome will only activate if the unit has their Ally Support partner deployed on the map.
- Skills such as Queensblade or Breezy Spear will prevent Ally Support effects from triggering during combat.
- Icebound Tome applies the Mobility increased status effect.
- Any 【Bonus】 on a unit lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Mobility increased is acquired during the enemy phase, it will disappear when the next player phase begins.
- Mobility increased does not stack with Gallop, only the highest movement boosting value will be applied.
- Gravity and Stall will negate the effects of Mobility increased.
- "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
- However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Icebound Tome is considered a temporary buff.
- A stat comparison made "At start of combat" ignores temporary buffs and temporary debuffs.
- Temporary buffs and temporary debuffs from skills such as Death Blow and Rauðrfox+ will not affect the outcome.
- Only stat boosts outside of combat, such as Bonuses and Penalties, will affect the outcome.
- Icebound Tome will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit from effects such as Guard Sword+, Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】.
- Since the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will be neutralized on unit, Icebound Tome will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit from effects such as Heavy Blade 4, Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests Infantry area effect, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit.
- The damage-reduction effect is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- "Reduces damage by X%" effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- Non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects can be neutralized or reduced by effects such as Share Spoils or Halves non-Special damage reduction.

- The calculation of "spaces from start position to end position" counts the total number of spaces from the initiator's starting position to the end position before combat.
- The calculation includes spaces occupied by an ally with the 【Pathfinder】 effect.
- The start position used in the calculation references the initiator's starting position after being moved by sources of unit movement such as Reposition.
- Icebound Tome's healing effect will not work if the user is prevented from recovering HP during combat from effects such as Fatal Smoke 4, Incurable+, or Deep Wounds, unless the user has an effect that neutralizes or reduces the effect of Deep Wounds during combat such as Divine Nectar or Breath of Life 4.
