Description | Grants Spd+3. At start of turn, if unit's HP = 100% and unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, deals 1 damage to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit. If unit's HP < 100% at start of combat, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 30%. |
Notes[ | ]
- The stat increase that can be applied by Hrist is considered a temporary buff.
- Hrist inflicts out of combat damage.
- Out of combat damage cannot reduce a unit's HP to 0.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of out of combat damage except Røkkr area-of-effect Specials.
- A foe equipped with Røkkr or a unit affected by En Garde will neutralize all sources of out of combat damage except area-of-effect Specials.
- Hrist stacks with out of combat healing from effects such as Essence Drain or Renewal 3.
- For example, if a unit has both Fury and Mystic Boost, Fury 2 + Mystic Boost 1 = -2 HP, Fury 3 + Mystic Boost 3 = 0 HP, and Fury 4 + Mystic Boost 4 = +2 HP.
- The damage-reduction effect is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- "Reduces damage by X%" effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- Non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects can be neutralized or reduced by effects such as Share Spoils or Halves non-Special damage reduction.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
