Description | Grants Atk+3. If a bonus granted by a skill like Rally or Hone and/or 1 extra space of movement granted by a skill like Armor March or Armored Boots is active, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack. |
Notes[ | ]
- The guaranteed follow-up effect of Garm will activate if the unit wielding it receives bonuses or Mobility increased.
- Any 【Bonus】 other than bonuses or Mobility increased, such as Bonus Doubler and Air Orders, cannot be used to trigger the guaranteed follow-up effect.
- The guaranteed follow-up effect will not be triggered if the unit does not receive bonuses, Mobility increased, or has their 【Bonus】 removed by a source of positive status effect neutralization.
- The guaranteed follow-up effect will not be negated if the unit receives penalties, Gravity, or Stall.
- If the guaranteed follow-up effect is triggered by bonuses, the guaranteed follow-up effect will be negated if the unit is affected by Panic (and not affected by Null Panic).
- As a general rule, if a unit is both prevented from making, and guaranteed to make a follow-up attack, the effects cancel out, and the Spd difference decides instead (including effects that alter this difference).
- A foe with effects such as Phys. Null Follow or Null Follow-Up will neutralize the guaranteed follow-up attack granted by Garm.

- The guaranteed follow-up effect and follow-up prevention neutralization of Garm will activate if the unit receives a 【Bonus】.
- The guaranteed follow-up effect and follow-up prevention neutralization will not be negated if the unit receives a 【Penalty】.
- If the unit does not receive a 【Bonus】, or has their 【Bonus】 removed by a source of positive status effect neutralization, the guaranteed follow-up effect and follow-up prevention neutralization will be negated.

- Effects that are neutralized by Garm:
- Effects active on the unit that prevent their follow-up attacks, such as Windsweep 3, Watersweep 3, or Weaving Fighter.
- Effects active on the foe that prevent the unit's follow-up attacks such as Steady Impact, Vengeful Fighter 4, or Foe Cannot Follow-Up.
- The stat increase that can be applied by Garm is considered a temporary buff.
- Garm's healing effect will not work if the user is prevented from recovering HP during combat from effects such as Fatal Smoke 4, Incurable+, or Deep Wounds, unless the user has a skill that reduces the effect of Deep Wounds such as Special Fighter 4.
