Description	Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). For foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit, deals 5 damage to foe as their combat begins (effects that reduce damage during combat do not apply; will not reduce foe's HP below 1) and inflicts Spd/Def-5 on foe during their combat. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit and deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd during combat (excluding area-of-effect Specials).

The damage dealt as combat begins is a fixed +5 that ignores the foe's Def or Res, and cannot be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
- The damage dealt as combat begins cannot reduce a unit's HP to 0.
- The damage dealt as combat begins will still trigger if the unit is prevented from counterattacking.
- Units with effects such as Breath of Life 4 or Divine Nectar will recover HP after damage dealt as combat begins.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, File:Nine-Realm Pact.png Nine-Realm Pact, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage as combat begins except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.

The stat decrease that can be applied by Flower of Tribute is considered a temporary debuff.
The damage dealt as combat begins and temporary debuffs of Flower of Tribute will not apply if an ally enters combat and the user is inflicted with Time's Grip, the ally is inflicted with Feud, or the ally is in combat against a foe with skills such as Impenetrable Void and C Feud 3.
The stat increase that can be applied by Flower of Tribute is considered a temporary buff.

The damage boosting effect of Flower of Tribute ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
