Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.

- Flare's healing effect will not work if the user is prevented from recovering HP during combat from effects such as Fatal Smoke 4, Incurable+, or Deep Wounds, unless the user has an effect that neutralizes or reduces the effect of Deep Wounds during combat such as Divine Nectar or Breath of Life 4.
