Celica has great offensive stats, and while she's at full HP, they're boosted even further with her Beloved Zofia's effect. This build aims to give her high burst damage, ensuring that anyone that engages her will dearly pay the price.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword Beloved Zofia is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her a +4 boost to all of her stats at full health, boosting her overall combat performance, giving her very high offenses and pretty decent bulk to help her take a hit better.

Assist: Skilliconassist Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Glimmer is Celica's Special of choice, as it has a fast charge and it helps her deal even more damage, which can help give her the upper hand in battle.

A Passive: Distant Counter is chosen as Celica's A skill. With it, she'll be able to retaliate against ranged opponents, meaning they'll have to tread carefully around her, lest they face a vicious retaliation.

B Passive: Wrath 3 is Celica's B skill. If she gets injured enough and activates her Special, it'll allow her to do even more damage. Afterwards, it'll help her charge it up again at a quickened pace.

C Passive: Hone Atk 3 Hone Atk 3 is an option for Celica's C skill. She comes with it naturally, and it lets her support her team by buffing their Atk. However, should the player feel like other skills are needed, then this skill slot is flexible, open to be anything else, like other stat buffing skills.

Sacred Seal: Quick Riposte 3 will allow Celica to perform a follow up attack when attacked, which can help her activate Glimmer. Quickened Pulse would bring Glimmer's charge down to 1. Either way, if an enemy engages her, Celica will threaten them with Glimmer.

Through the use of either Flashing Blade or Heavy Blade and complementary skills to help Celica's performance, she can properly use a 5 charge Special like Galeforce or Aether.

Special: Galeforce is Celica's Special of choice. Provided that she meets the stat check of her Seal, and if she exchanges blows, she can activate this after her first round of combat and can move again, either catching another foe off guard, or retreating to safety. Alternatively, Aether can be used instead to help improve her sustain. Under the same conditions, Aether will be charged for her next round of combat, which will allow her to recover from any injures she had in her first round of combat, provided she chooses the appropriate target.

A Passive: Brazen Atk Spd 3 Brazen Atk/Spd 3 is chosen as Celica's A skill. It ensures that once she's injured, she's not down and out of the fight just yet, as she'll have a solid +7 Atk and Spd to help her outspeed and overpower her opponent, as well as helping her meet the stat check of her chosen Seal. This way, whether she's at full HP or she's injured, she's going to have heightened stats somehow.

B Passive: Desperation 3 Desperation 3 is Celica's B skill. If she gets injured enough, any follow up attack will be performed consecutively, allowing her to dispatch of enemies before they have a chance to react, pairing perfectly with her A skill.

C Passive: Spd Smoke 3 Spd Smoke 3 is an option for Celica's C skill. After attacking, any foe near Celica's target will suffer a Spd debuff, which can be taken advantage of. Other Smoke skills are a good option as well. Atk Smoke 3 Atk Smoke 3 will instead cause an Atk debuff, which can help Celica or her allies take hits or exchange blows a little better. Def Smoke 3 Def Smoke 3, while more elusive, will allow Celica or her allies to slay a weakened foe. Savage Blow 3 can also work for some chip damage, although the player should be wary about setting off any skills that depend on an HP threshold like Vantage 3.

Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3 Flashing Blade 3 or Heavy Blade 3 are Celica's Seals, and are what's necessary for this build to work. If her Spd is higher than her foe's (when using Flashing Blade), or if her Atk is higher than her foe's (when using Heavy Blade), then Celica gets an extra Special charge with her attacks. This is needed to activate longer charge Specials like Galeforce and Aether. The choice of Seal is up to player preference, and both Celica's weapon and her A skill will help her meet the stat checks that she needs.

This build is for players aiming to use Celica right out of the gate, using mostly easy to obtain skills and keeping as much of her base skillset as possible.

Weapon: Icon Class Red Sword Beloved Zofia is Celica's weapon of choice. It grants her a +4 boost to all of her stats at full health, boosting her overall combat performance, giving her very high offenses and pretty decent bulk to help her exchange blows with melee opponents. She is injured for 4 damage after combat, but this can pair well with Fury 3 to stack the self injury effect and get into Desperation 3 range, should the player decide to use that skill.

Assist: Skilliconassist Reposition is a good Assist in general to use. Its uses are versatile, as it can either help bring an ally closer to the fray, or bring an ally out of danger.

Special: Luna is an option for Celica's Special. She comes with it naturally, and it lets her puncture through tougher opponents. Moonbow is an acceptable option, giving up a stronger defense pierce for a faster charge.

A Passive: Fury 3 is Celica's A skill, chosen to help bolster her combat performance further by boosting all of her stats. The self injury effect from this and her weapon will work well with Desperation 3. Alternatively, Brazen Atk Def 3 Brazen Atk/Def 3 could be an option to improve her physical bulk when she's injured, which also ensures that she'll have some sort of stat boost whether she's injured or at full health.

B Passive: Desperation 3 can be chosen as Celica's B skill, as it works well with her weapon and Fury 3's self injury. As long as Celica has Celica has neutral HP or a -HP bane, she'll be in Desperation range after a single round of combat, allowing her to strike twice in succession as long as she's fast enough. Should the player have a +HP Celica, however, she'll have to partake in another round of combat afterwards. Or, should the player feel like another skill is necessary, then this skill slot is flexible for other skills. Notably, Celica comes with Chill Spd 3, which lets her debuff a fast opponent's Spd from anywhere on the map, making it a decent supporting option.

Sacred Seal: Close Def 3 Close Def 3 is an option for Celica's Seal, improving her melee bulk, while Speed Plus 3 Speed +3 helps her outspeed opponents. However, this slot is flexible, open to be whatever the player needs. It could be a stat boost, or a stat buff to support her team, or anything to help her combat performance further. This is up to the player's discretion and team composition.

This build aims to make Celica at her absolute strongest when she's at full health. By combining Beloved Zofia and Atk/Spd Push, when at full health, Celica reaches and impressive 60/44 offensive spread. This is before considering IVs and stat boosts too! This version of Celica can almost always secure a kill and eliminate the biggest threat on the enemy team.

Aether is here to give her some form of self healing. Sol and Noontime aren't as reliable, but they are an option if you lack Aether. Keep in mind that this wont guarantee her getting back to full health. Chill Def is here to weaken the bulkiest unit on the enemy team. She'll have an easier time eliminating them once they get chilled, however her default Chill Spd is also a good option. Do keep in mind that Celica herself does not have to run the chill skills, so if someone on her team already runs it, her B slot is open for something else. Odd Atk Wave/Even Spd Wave are there for her to self buff her offenses even further. I would personally prioritize her Atk, since the tankiest units are usually the slowest, so she won't have a hard time out-speeding them. The sacred seals are Heavy Blade and Flashing Blade, these are to accelerate her Aether cooldown.

Fallen Celica is at her strongest when she is healthy, making her an excellent unit to eliminate the biggest threat first. Once she falls under 100% HP, it will be tricky to get her back to full health without a healer, however if she has already fulfilled her role then the rest can be left to other teammates.

Fallen Celica's new refine is a bit of an odd one. It heals her, yet expects her to be at less than full HP to get the full bonus of her effect. Fortunately the fact that it always damages her at the end of combat can be paired with Fury to ensure she always reaches Brazen and Vantage range. Ardent Sacrifice can help her reach less than maximum HP range before initating any combat and Savage Blow can also be used to help her damage other enemies to activate the other condition for her effect should healing her become necessary for some reason. Atk/Speed Push is another option for her A slot for people who aren't on as tight a budget. Jotari (talk) 06:24, 11 July 2020 (UTC)
