Description Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit initiates combat or is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit, neutralizes effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks, deals damage = X% of unit's Spd (X = the number of foes within 3 spaces of target, including target, × 10) during combat (Excluding area-of-effect Specials; max 30%.), and reduces damage from attacks during combat and from area-of-effect Specials (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect Specials) by percentage = the number of foes within 3 spaces of target, including target, × 20 (max 60%). At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, unit can move 1 extra space. (That turn only. Does not stack.) If unit transforms, grants Atk+2.

Notes[ | ]

  • "If unit initiates combat" means if the user starts combat during the player phase. The unit does not need to deal damage, nor be the first to attack.
    • However, if the effect is applied after combat, the unit must also survive it to fulfill this condition.
  • The stat increase that can be applied by Fang of Finality is considered a temporary buff.
  • When equipped with skills such as Beast Sacred Seal Beast or Beast Passives, a Icon Type Beast Beast unit will transform out of combat on turn 1 regardless of whether the transformation conditions of the user's weapon are met.
    • Skills such as Beast Sacred Seal Beast or Beast Passives will also keep the unit from reverting from their Beast form.
  • Fang of Finality applies the Status Effect Mobility increased Mobility increased status effect.
    • Any 【Bonus】 on a unit lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Status Effect Mobility increased Mobility increased is acquired during the enemy phase, it will disappear when the next player phase begins.
    • Status Effect Mobility increased Mobility increased does not stack with Status Effect Gallop Gallop, only the highest movement boosting value will be applied.
    • Status Effect Gravity Gravity and Status Effect Stall Stall will negate the effects of Mobility increased.
  • The Atk+2 granted by Fang of Finality when the user transforms is considered a stat boost, not a 【Bonus】 effect.
  • "If unit transforms" refers to out of combat transformations of Icon Type Beast Beast units. Transformations during combat will not trigger the Status Effect Mobility increased Mobility increased and stat boosting effects.
    • However, if the effect(s) apply after combat, the unit must also survive combat to fulfill this condition.
