- Has the same effect as
Renewal 2.
- Falchion's start-of-turn healing will not trigger if the unit is inflicted with
False Start or
Deep Wounds.
- When battling a
Dragon unit or a unit with
Loptous, Attack is multiplied by 1.5.
Breath of Blight,
Eerie Scripture,
Snow's Grace,
Sublime Surge, and the
Neutralize Effective Against Dragons status effect will neutralize the attack increase against dragon units.

- Falchion's extra attack is not a follow-up attack nor a change in attack priority.
- Effects such as
Foe Cannot Follow-Up and
Hardy Bearing 3 do not affect the extra attack.
- If Falchion's user can perform a follow-up attack, either from a speed check or effects such as
Guaranteed Follow-Ups or
Quick Riposte 3, the user will be able to attack up to 4 times during combat.
- A foe with skills such as
Null Follow-Up 3 or the
Null Follow-Up status effect will neutralize any effect on Falchion's user that guarantees follow-up attacks .

Royal Sword, one of Alm's preferred weapons.
