Description [Collapse] |
Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of turn and after unit acts (if Canto triggers, after Canto), inflicts Atk/Def-7 and 【Sabotage】on foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit through their next actions. If unit is transformed or unit's HP ≥ 25% at start of combat, deals damage to foe = 25% of foe's max HP as combat begins (activates only when unit can attack in combat; only highest value applied; does not stack with other "deals X damage as combat begins" effects; effects that reduce damage during combat do not apply; will not reduce foe's HP below 1; excluding certain foes, such as Røkkr). If unit is transformed or unit's HP ≥ 25% at start of combat, inflicts penalty on foe's Atk/Def = 6 + 20% of unit's Def at start of combat, reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by 50% (excluding area-of-effect Specials), deals damage = 30% of foe's max HP (excluding area-of-effect Specials; excluding certain foes, such as Røkkr), and reduces damage from foe's attacks by X during combat (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and also, when foe's attack triggers foe's Special, reduces damage from foe's attacks by an additional X (excluding area-of-effect Specials; X = total damage dealt to foe; min 10; max 20). At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, grants Atk+2, and unit can counterattack regardless of foe's range. |

Calculates each stat penalty independently. |

Notes[ | ]
- The stat decrease that can be applied by Enticing Dose is considered a Penalty.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Penalties for their first action.
- If the unit also has Grand Strategy, any Penalties will remain active until the start of that unit's next phase.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Penalties for their first action.
- Enticing Dose applies the Sabotage status effect.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Sabotage for their first action.
- The stat decrease that can be applied by Sabotage is considered a temporary debuff.
- The stat decreasing effect of Sabotage will activate if the affected unit or it's allies within 2 spaces receive Penalties.
- The stat decreasing effect will not be negated nor reduced if the affected unit or it's allies within 2 spaces receive Bonuses.
- If the affected unit or it's allies within 2 spaces are affected by Panic (and not affected by Null Panic), Sabotage will utilize the total Penalty within each stat during calculation.[1]
- The stat decreasing effect of Sabotage will stack with the temporary buffs from Neutralize Penalties or sources of penalty neutralization.
- The stat decreasing effect will be negated if the affected unit or it's allies within 2 spaces have their Penalties removed by a source of negative status effect neutralization.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Sabotage for their first action.
- The damage dealt as combat begins ignores the foe's Def or Res, and cannot be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
- The damage dealt as combat begins cannot reduce a unit's HP to 0.
- Enticing Dose does not stack with other damage dealt as combat begins effects. If the unit's total damage dealt as combat begins from other effects is higher, the damage dealt as combat begins effect of Enticing Dose will not trigger.
- Units with effects such as Breath of Life 4 or Divine Nectar will recover HP after damage dealt as combat begins.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, Gold Perfection, or Nine-Realm Pact will neutralize all sources of damage except from Røkkr area-of-effect Specials and the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
- The stat decrease that can be applied by Enticing Dose is considered a temporary debuff.
- A stat comparison made "At start of combat" ignores temporary buffs and temporary debuffs.
- Temporary buffs and temporary debuffs from skills such as Death Blow and Rauðrfox+ will not affect the outcome.
- Only stat boosts outside of combat, such as Bonuses and Penalties, will affect the outcome.
- Enticing Dose will reduce the effect of non-Special "reduces damage by X%" effects from Specials such as Vital Astra.
- Damage-reduction reducing effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- For example, if a unit has Halves non-Special damage reduction and a foe with Dodge is on a space with 【Divine Vein (Water)】, the maximum total damage-reduction is reduced to 10%, since the two effects reduce the damage to (1 − ((40% − 50%) − 50%)) = 90% of the original damage instead of 60% of the original damage.
- Each damage-reduction effect is reduced individually.
- For example, if a unit has Halves non-Special damage reduction and the foe has both Spurn 4 and Dodge, the maximum total damage-reduction is reduced to 40%, since the two effects reduce the damage to (1 − (50% − 50%)) × (1 − (40% − 50%)) = 60% of the original damage instead of 30% of the original damage.
- Enticing Dose will not reduce the effect of Special "reduces damage by X%" effects such as Gust or Laguz Friend 4.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
- Damage-reduction reducing effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- The damage boosting effect of Enticing Dose ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage-reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
- The damage-reduction effect is calculated after offensive Specials, damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance, and "reduces damage by X%" effects such as Gust and Dodge.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- Flat damage-reduction effects stack additively, similar to interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- Flat damage-reduction effects cannot be neutralized or reduced by effects such as Share Spoils or Halves non-Special damage reduction.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
- When equipped with skills such as Beast or Beast Passives, a Beast unit will transform out of combat on turn 1 regardless of whether any transformation conditions are met such as from user's weapon or effects that add transformation conditions.
- Skills such as Beast or Beast Passives will also keep the unit from reverting from their Beast form.
- The Atk+2 granted by Enticing Dose when the user transforms is considered a stat boost, not a 【Bonus】 effect.
- "If unit transforms" refers to out of combat transformations of Beast units. Transformations during combat will not trigger the stat boost and Distant Counter effects.
- However, if the effect(s) apply after combat, the unit must also survive combat to fulfill this condition.
