C Dream Deliverer Dream Deliverer 300 At start of player phase or enemy phase, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, neutralizes any 【Penalty】that takes effect on unit or allies within 2 spaces of unit at this time. At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Def/Res+6 and【Resonance: Shields】to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn. If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Def/Res+4 to unit and inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack). At start of player phase or enemy phase, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, neutralizes any 【Penalty】that takes effect on unit or allies within 2 spaces of unit at this time. 【Penalty】
All effects that last "on foe through its next action." Includes penalties inflicted by a skill like Panic or Threaten and negative status effects (preventing counterattacks, restricting movement, or the effects of a skill like Triangle Adept or Guard).

【Resonance: Shields】
Grants Def/Res+4 during combat and the following effect for 1 turn: "During unit's first combat in player phase or enemy phase, foe cannot make a follow-up attack."
This skill can only be equipped by its original unit.

Notes[ | ]

  • Dream Deliverer can remove all 【Penalty】 effects.
  • The stat increase that can be applied by Dream Deliverer is considered a Status Effect Bonus Bonus.
    • Any 【Bonus】 on a unit, including Status Effect Bonus Bonuses, lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Status Effect Bonus Bonuses are acquired during the enemy phase, they will disappear when the next player phase begins.
  • Dream Deliverer applies the Status Effect Resonance Shields Resonance: Shields status effect.
    • Any 【Bonus】 on a unit lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Status Effect Resonance Shields Resonance: Shields is acquired during the enemy phase, it will disappear when the next player phase begins.
  • The stat increase that can be applied by Dream Deliverer is considered a temporary buff.
  • The "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect.
    • For example, if a unit is affected by both Status Effect Guard Guard and Status Effect Special Cooldown Charge 1 Special Cooldown Charge +1, the effects will stack and the cooldown will go down without penalty or bonus.
  • If used alongside another source of "Special cooldown charge -X", only the higher of the two charge reductions will apply.
    • This means that if a unit has two "Special cooldown charge -1" effects from two different sources, the battle will play out as if only one "Special cooldown charge -1" effect is active.
  • Skills such as Spd Def Tempo 4 Spd/Def Tempo 4 and Icon Class Green Axe Whirling Grace will neutralize effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on its user.
