You can obtain them by planting a Dragonflower (I) in the Field structure in Aether Resort for 60 R&R Affinity.
You can also obtain them from Heroic Ordeals from certain units.
Usage[ | ]
Can only be used on 
Infantry units. Boosts one stat by 1 for each time dragonflowers are used. The cost of dragonflowers increases for the hero you use them on as you use them more on said hero.
