Notes[ | ]
- Divine Deceit applies the Gravity status effect.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Gravity for their first action.
- Gravity has priority over Mobility increased and Gallop.
- Cardinal directions refers to spaces directly north, south, east, or west of the user. Distance does not factor.
- Divine Deceit applies the Ploy status effect.
- Any 【Penalty】 on a unit lasts until that unit takes an action. If the unit takes multiple actions in a turn, they will only have Ploy for their first action.
- Ploy neutralizes the temporary buffs granted by Bonus Doubler and Grand Strategy, and the damage boosting effect of Treachery only during combat.
- Temporary buffs granted by Bonus Doubler and Grand Strategy are neutralized by inflicting temporary debuffs of the same amount during combat.
- Since units inflicted with Ploy will still have these status effects, skills that require a 【Bonus】 to trigger such as Atk/Spd Prime 4 or Gainful Bow+ will still trigger.
- If the affected unit does not have these status effects, Ploy has no effect, but can still be used to trigger skills that require a 【Penalty】 such as Atk/Spd Catch 4 and Gainful Bow+.
- Divine Deceit applies the Exposure status effect.
- The damage boosting effect is a flat +10 damage that ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage reduction effects such as Gust, Atk/Spd Excel, and Dodge.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, File:Nine-Realm Pact.png Nine-Realm Pact, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage during combat except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
- Stat comparison takes place after all Bonuses on allies are removed, and before any new bonuses or Penalties are applied. Other existing bonuses and penalties on both units count towards their respective stats during stat comparison.
- Divine Deceit can remove all 【Bonus】 effects (excluding Bonuses).
- The stat increase that can be applied by Divine Deceit is considered a temporary buff.
- The temporary buffs of Divine Deceit will activate if the foe receives a 【Penalty】.
- The temporary buffs will not be negated if the foe receives a 【Bonus】.
- If the foe does not receive a 【Penalty】, or has their 【Penalty】 removed by a source of negative status effect neutralization, the temporary buffs will be negated.
- For more information, see Status effects.
