I heard you were out here sparring and came to watch. I have to say I am impressed. I feel as though I caught a glimpse of the true strength and skill of the Knights of Renais.		Alfonse
Kyle	Were you watching the whole time, Prince Alfonse? Your words honor us, but we are still young and inexperienced. I am not certain we’ve earned such praise.
I’ll be honest, I’m far more confident in my skill as a painter than I am in my combat ability.		Forde
Alfonse	You are too modest. Your paintings are fantastic, but that display of skill in your mock battle was splendid. You both displayed great might, and the grace with which you deflected each other’s blows was mesmerizing. I can’t imagine either of you achieved such noteworthy skills overnight.

Forde	I’ve known Kyle forever. Since we were only children. We each know exactly how the other thinks. You just thought it looked impressive because you don’t know us as well as we know each other.

Alfonse	Haha. I don’t mind at all. You two seem to be quite close. I am pleased that we could welcome such trustworthy allies into the ranks of the Order of Heroes.

Kyle	So this is the castle armory. Predictably, Forde went looking for something to paint the moment we knew we would have today off. Even though this is the perfect time to make sure our weapons are in good condition. It looks as though I shall have to take care of the weapons for both of us.
Kyle	Hm? It seems someone has gotten to this task before me.

Kyle	Such concentration. Look at how he inspects those weapons so carefully. He’s certainly no layabout. And...is he inspecting all of them on his own? I beg your pardon. I am Kyle, of the Knights of Renais. I was noticing how intent you are on your task.
The Knights of Renais? Ah, you’re one of General Seth’s subordinates, aren’t you? I’m Abel, a knight from the kingdom of Altea.		Abel
Kyle	Altea is the land of the Hero-King, whose name reverberates even in worlds outside his own, is it not? You appear to be caring for a great many weapons. They can’t all be yours, can they?
Oh, these? I’m doing maintenance on my partner’s weapons too.		Abel
Kyle	You often take care of your partner’s weapons, then?
I do. He’s brave and strong enough that they call him the Bull, but... He can be forgetful when it comes to maintaining his weapons, perhaps because he is so eager for battle.		Abel
Kyle	And that is why you are using your time to take care of his weapons as well as your own. I hope it is not rude of me to ask, but do you not consider it troubling that you must do twice the work?
Haha, this much is no big deal. It’s worth it to help him in this way so he can always be at his best. I am not the least bit bothered by it, knowing it helps us to better support Prince Marth.		Abel

Kyle	Now then, I suppose I should stop by the stables next.
Well, if it isn’t Kyle. Did you come to check on the horses too?		Syrene
Kyle	Syrene, I didn’t realize you were here as well. I came to care for my horse... and Forde’s. Although, I am not sure how I ended up having to look in on his horse too.
Haha! Good to see that you two haven’t changed any, even after coming to Askr.		Syrene
Kyle	Lamenting the situation certainly won’t change our relationship. I will do what I can. There now, good boy. I will get you brushed out nice and smooth.
You’re brushing him very attentively. It seems you are as diligent as ever.		Syrene
Kyle	Forde does take good care of his horse, but he never shows it enough love as far as I am concerned. There, everything is relatively clean. It is heartening to see that they’re both doing well.

Kyle	Judging by his manner and attire, I would guess that he is a knight from some other world.

Kyle	I could not help noticing how good your brushing technique is. I am rather impressed. Even more so to see you caring for horses other than your fine steed.
Oh, well, my partner is a bit lacking in discipline, so I care for his horse alongside my own.		Kent

Yes. My partner’s name is Sain. He’s the type to spend most of his free time chasing women. He has no desire to rectify his ways, not even after coming to Askr.		Kent
Kyle	Do you find it difficult? Supporting Sir Sain this way?
It is not the first time I have had to clean up after him. To be honest, I do wish it was different sometimes. Still, he is effective on the battlefield. A knight can have pride in how they serve their master and their people.		Kent

His attitude and way of life may not be worthy of praise, but I know I can trust him to have my back. So that’s why I handle things like this for him: so we can both be strong and focused on the battlefield.		Kent

Forde	I see... So you were talking about those things with knights from other worlds, huh?
Both were knights with strong ideals who worked hard to support their partners. I learned a lot from them.		Kyle
Forde	It seems every order of knights faces challenges. As long as things run smoothly, I suppose it all works out.
Is that really the message you came away with from what I just told you? You should take things seriously, and show pride as a knight of Renais, on and off the battlefield.		Kyle
Forde	I know that. Thanks to you, I’m fully prepared for anything, even in Askr. That’s what you’re saying, right? Fighting to support Prince Ephraim and Princess Eirika is the greatest pride of a knight of Renais. We can each continue to apply our strengths as we always have, to build up the Knights of Renais!

That...is not my point at all. I already devote my strength to the Knights of Renais, on and off the battlefield. I am advising you to do the same, for the sake of the order, and start taking your duties more seriously!		Kyle
