Description | Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of combat, if foe's HP ≥ 75%, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 on foe during combat, and if Special triggers before or during combat and unit attacked, grants Special cooldown count-1 after combat. At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, grants Atk+2 and deals +10 damage when Special triggers. |

Notes[ | ]
- The stat decrease that can be applied by Bride's Fang is considered a temporary debuff.
If unit attacked
means if the user attacked at any time during combat. They do not need to initiate combat, deal damage, or survive.- This means that if the foe initiates combat and the user cannot counterattack, the effect will not trigger.
- Bride's Fang only targets Specials that activate before or during combat. Specials that activate after combat, such as Galeforce and Røkkr AoE Specials, will not trigger Bride's Fang.
- Cooldown count changes from skills that activate at the same time as Bride's Fang (after combat) are not considered in Bride's Fang's conditions. Skills such as Special Spiral 4, Time's Pulse 4, and Pulse Smoke 3 will have their effects stack.
- When equipped with skills such as Beast Sense 4 and Beast Agility 4, a Beast unit will transform out of combat on turn 1 regardless of whether the transformation conditions of the user's weapon are met.
- Skills such as Beast Sense 4 and Beast Agility 4 will also keep the unit from reverting from their Beast form.
- The Atk+2 granted by Bride's Fang when the user transforms is a stat boost, not a Bonus.
- The damage boosting effect from activating a Special is a fixed +10 that ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage reduction effects such as Armored Beacon, Dragon Wall 3, and Dodge.
- The added damage will also affect area-of-effect Specials such as Rising Flame and Growing Thunder.
- A foe equipped with Embla's Ward, Múspellflame, Niðavellir Axiom, or Gold Perfection will neutralize all sources of damage during combat except the minimum 1 damage from Umbra Burst weapons.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.
- "If unit transforms" refers to out of combat transformations of Beast units. Transformations during combat will not trigger the stat boost and Special damage boost effects.
- However, if the effect(s) apply after combat, the unit must also survive combat to fulfill this condition.
Upgrades[ | ]
Can be upgraded in the Weapon Refinery. For a list of other such weapons, see list of upgradable weapons.
Notes[ | ]
- Refined Bride's Fang's cooldown count changing effect will not trigger if the unit is inflicted with False Start, unless False Start is neutralized by a skill such as Dream Deliverer.
- Cooldown count changes from skills that activate at the same time as Refined Bride's Fang (at start of turn) are not considered in Refined Bride's Fang's conditions.[1] Skills such as Infantry Pulse 4, Buffer 4, and Odd Pulse Tie 3 will have their effects stack.
- The damage-reduction is calculated after offensive Specials and damage boosting effects such as Arcane Lúin and Dominance.
- If a skill such as Miracle or Everliving Domain can trigger, the damage-reduction effect will not trigger and the user will still survive with only 1 HP.
- Percentage-based damage-reduction effects stack multiplicatively, unlike interactions related to the weapon-triangle, such as Triangle Adept and the weapon-triangle advantage boost.
- For example, if both Buffer 4 and Godlike Reflexes activate, the maximum total damage-reduction is 70% instead of 90%, since the two skills reduce the damage to (1 − 50%) × (1 − 40%) = 30% of the original damage.
- For more information, see Damage calculation.

- The damage boosting effect from activating a Special is a fixed +7 that ignores the foe's Def or Res when calculating the damage boost, and can be reduced by damage reduction effects such as Armored Beacon, Dragon Wall 3, and Dodge.
- Refined Bride's Fang will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on foes from effects such as Heavy Blade 4, Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests Infantry area effect.
- Since the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect will be neutralized on foes, Refined Bride's Fang will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect inflicted on the foe from effects such as Guard Sword+, Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit.
- Refined Bride's Fang will neutralize the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect on unit from effects such as Guard Sword+, Guard, or 【Divine Vein (Green)】.
- Since the "Special cooldown charge -X" effect will be neutralized on unit, Refined Bride's Fang will also stack with the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit from effects such as Heavy Blade 4, Special Cooldown Charge +1, or the Grand Conquests Infantry area effect, unless the foe is equipped with skills that neutralize the "Special cooldown charge +X" effect on unit.
- "If unit transforms" refers to out of combat transformations of Beast units. Transformations during combat will not trigger the Special damage boost and cooldown charge neutralization effects.
- However, if the effect(s) apply after combat, the unit must also survive combat to fulfill this condition.
- 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 will not trigger after an extra action granted by Sing/Dance users or Duo/ Harmonized skills if it has already been triggered that turn or if the unit does not perform an action.
- If the unit uses a ranged weapon type and is inflicted with Canto Control, 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 will trigger, but the unit's action will end without being able to move.
- Canto Control will reduce the amount of movement granted by 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 to 1 space if the affected unit uses a close weapon type.
- 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 takes into account the unit's Move Type and the movement restrictions involved with it. For Example, a Cavalry unit cannot use 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 to enter or cross through a forest.
- 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 also takes into account effects that alter a unit's normal movement such as Pass 3, Obstruct 3, Traverse Terrain, 【Divine Vein (Flame)】, and 【Pathfinder】.
- 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 also takes into account warping effects such as Guidance 4 and Air Orders. However, the distance is limited to the maximum amount of spaces allotted by 【Canto (Rem. +1)】.
- 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 also takes into account status effects that alter a unit's movement value such as Mobility increased, Stall, and Gravity.
- 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 will have the remaining value be reduced to 1 if the unit was inflicted with Stall or Gravity and did not move.
- The remaining value for 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 will not be affected if the unit was inflicted with Stall or Gravity after combat.
- Bride's Fang applies the Traverse Terrain status effect.
- Any 【Bonus】 on a unit lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Traverse Terrain is acquired during the enemy phase, it will disappear when the next player phase begins.
- Traverse Terrain only neutralizes the mobility reduction of terrain that slows units; forests, trenches, and spaces affected by 【Divine Vein (Flame)】.
- Forests only slow Infantry units. Cavalry units cannot occupy or pass through forests.
- Trenches only slow Cavalry units. Infantry units are not slowed by trenches.
- Spaces affected by 【Divine Vein (Flame)】 can slow ranged units of all move types.
- Bride's Fang applies the Mobility increased status effect.
- Any 【Bonus】 on a unit lasts until the start of that unit's next phase. If Mobility increased is acquired during the enemy phase, it will disappear when the next player phase begins.
- Gravity and Stall will negate the effects of Mobility increased.
- The healing effect is triggered regardless if Bride's Fang's user performs an attack during combat. If foe engages and user cannot counterattack, Bride's Fang's healing effect will still trigger.
- Bride's Fang's user needs to survive the combat for the healing effect to trigger.
- Bride's Fang's healing effect stacks with skills such as Fury 4, that deal out of combat damage to their owner after combat.
- Bride's Fang's after combat healing will not work if the foe has a skill that prevents HP recovery such as Fatal Smoke 4 or Incurable+, or the user has been inflicted with Deep Wounds.
- The damage-reduction neutralzation effect of Bride's Fang will apply to damage-reducing Specials such as Vital Astra.
