Badges are obtainable from the Training Tower and occasional Quests. You can get normal Badges from every stratum you clear, but all strata from 6 and up give you a chance of getting Great Badges instead. The color of Badge you get depends on which day it is, but from Saturday to Monday you get random color Badges.
