- The balanced stats of
Alm: Hero of Prophecy may be a reference to his starting class, Fighter, in Fire Emblem Gaiden and its Nintendo 3DS remake Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. - In the original Famicom game Fire Emblem Gaiden, Alm was portrayed as being right-handed judging by artwork. In its remake, he appears to be left handed.
- As such, Alm is one of the few heroes in Fire Emblem Heroes to wield his weapon left-handed.
